Gina S.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Gina has been making art in some capacity for as long as she can remember. She dabbles in many mediums, but primarily creates linocuts themed with positivity, nature, kindness and adventure. 

Her first career path was as an art teacher, and she went on to earn her masters in counseling and art therapy. She now works full-time as a therapist at a men’s addiction treatment center. Gina says she has always been drawn to the human spirit and condition, and through therapy has witnessed and been able to walk beside clients as they develop resiliency, awareness, healing  and self-esteem. 

In her free time, Gina is an adventuring rock climber, traveling up and down the east coast to seek out places to climb, such as the New River Gorge in West Virginia and Red River Gorge in Kentucky. She enjoys almost any outside activity, and has a lofty goal to hike in every national park.
